Dr. Jen, a private sports therapist and the creator of “The Optimal Body” and “The Mobility Method, has dedicated her life to helping clients reach their personal fitness goals with powerful breathing, stretching, and exercise techniques. Recognizing that all bodies are unique, Dr. Jen helps clients find the cause of their chronic pain and embark on a journey toward body awareness and appreciation! She firmly believes we all have the power to effect change in our bodies and optimize movement in order to heal. Dr. Jen received her B.S. in Kinesiology and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Loma Linda University. She has been featured on CBS, Strong Fitness Magazine, Men’s Fitness Magazine,, SHAPE magazine!
